Four parts of the same job. Most clients want all of them; some arrive with a date already booked and need only the last two.

Design
The look of the day. Palette, florals, tabletop, lighting and the way a guest moves from one room to the next.

Planning
Venue, vendors, budget and timeline. The decisions that have to happen in the right order, and the ones that can wait.

Management
Contracts, schedules and the conversations between everyone involved, so nothing arrives as a surprise in the final week.

Production
Load in, setup, the run of the day and breakdown. The part the guests never see, which is rather the point.
